2) Zippers should be cleaned and lubricated.
3) If your coat is lined with fur or feathers, we'll need to clean it by hand instead of in the machine. They can be steamed and brushed to get dirt out.
4) All buttons need to be buttoned and zipped before they go into the machine. This is so they don't fall off while they're in there.
5) Do not wash or dry any garment made with suede or nubuck unless you want it shrunken and faded beyond recognition!
